Booking Policies & Procedures
Once you have submitted your information either online or social media, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Location details will be discussed at that time. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details. Once the deposit is made in full, you are booked for your date. The deposit is non refundable & non transferable. Please see cancellation/rescheduling policies below. contracts will be sent upon booking.
The deposit is non refundable & non transferable. If your date needs to be changed once you have booked , you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact us via email at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be cancelled. Ja'Lor has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that she is available to reschedule your session.
